How exciting was that season finale of Mad Men though. Whew fun stuff. Plenty of drama in starting a new agency which will help keep the story interesting next season.

Art & Copy Screening Last Night

Well I thoroughly enjoyed the movie last night. Informational, educational, entertaining and very interesting. Thank you to everyone who came out, especially those who traveled from out of town. There was about 200 in audiences which is great. Anyone else think it was funny that Dan Wieden couldn't find Dave Kennedy's office, or was that just me.

Smeal Fire Apparatus Chooses Thought District

Synder, Nebraska-based, Smeal Fire Apparatus is one of the largest fire and rescue players in North America. Smeal has hired Thought District to handle their marketing chores.

Additionally, Thought District related, Jason Peterson the founder of aijalon which most recent merged with Pickering has come on board as Thought District's new Chief Operations Officer. As the COO, a new role at TD, Jason will oversee day-to-day workflow and assist in business development, as well as manage key accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships.

MSN's tech & gadgets section has released the top 10 funniest people on Twitter. I guess that should be the top 10 people on twitter with the funniest twitter but no matter. Nebraska's own Tim Siedell  (aka @BadBanana), partner/creative director at Lincoln's Fuse Industries, was ranked #2 behind @shitmydadsays.

The poster has been sent out and the website design has been updated. It is that time of year again. Time for the Nebraska Addys. The entries need to be in by Wednesday, Nov.11th a the earliest and Wednesday, Nov. 18th at the latest.
