Here is the collection of the logos for the candidates for Omaha's next mayor. Unfortunately it appears that people still haven't learned anything from the Obama or Jim Esch campaigns, relying on the old standby of red, white and blue coloring with an American icon like a star. I'm sure there is are a number of firms large and small, freelancers or even students that could provide some much improved options to create a brand for someone running for government office.
Dan Welch did breakout of the box picking a more unique font type as well as adding some dimension in his star. Someday they will learn, someday ... I hope.
