Surdell & Partners a full-service advertising agency is seeking an innovative and experienced producer with strong writing and film/video production skills. This is a multi-faceted job for an innovative self-starter that thrives on great creative work. As part of our team, you will play a lead role in shaping creative direction of projects along with the creative team. Creative collaboration, negotiations, budgeting, flexibility, strong work ethic and a great sense of humor are a must. You should have an extensive background in film/video production and the ability to prioritize, thrive in a dynamic creative environment, and oversee multiple projects at once. You will be required to communicate and negotiate with internal team and external production resources. Digital experience a plus. Freelancers also welcome.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years experience.
- Commercial reel.
- Agency production experience.
