The video is a part of a talk Joesph Jaffe, owner of Crayon and blogger/podcaster of Jaffe Juice, talking about the social media blunders of five big marketers. Very interesting stuff about how companies seem to not fully get it when it comes to social media and how they lose out on a chance to benefit from it. I don't agree with everyone Mr. Jaffe says but he makes some great points in this talk. Give it a look see.
